LENOIR CITY MIDDLE SCHOOL - NO BULLYING POLICY

Bullying behavior will not be tolerated at Lenoir City Middle School. The faculty and staff at LCMS will make every effort to educate students about this type of behavior and take action to ensure that every student feels safe at school. Following is information regarding bullying and a chart listing the consequences for bullying.

Bullying is any word, look, sign, or act that hurts a person’s body, feelings, or things.
Bullying happens when someone with more power unfairly hurts someone with less power over and over again or targets a specific individual.

Bullying Consequences

NOTE: Any extenuating circumstances that occur in a specific incident could result in additional consequences as deemed necessary by the administration. This could include outside psychological assessment, additional counseling, or expulsion from school.
