TrueTime Timesheets:

  • By law, all non-exempt employees (teaching assistants and other support staff) are required to clock in and out each day. 
  • LCS uses TrueTime in Skyward to track timesheets.
  • You must clock in and out on campus each day. You can use your school device or the mobile app, but the system will not allow you to clock in/out off campus.
  • Timesheets need to be submitted weekly to your supervisor/principal, who will review them and approve or deny them.
  • If your timesheet is denied, you will be notified and will need to make corrections and resubmit.  
  • Time off is imported weekly from Frontline to Skyward, and those absences will automatically apply to your timesheets. Please contact the payroll department if you have a Frontline absence missing from your timesheet.

 

TrueTime Instructions:

Logging in:

  • Go to the Skyward Employee Access and log in with your user ID and password. 
  • Click the True Time tab, then click Quick Entry. Click the In button to start your day. 

Taking breaks:

  • Click the Lunch button to record your lunch break. When you return, click the In button. 

Ending your day

  • Click the Gone for the Day button to end your day. 

Submitting your timesheet:

  • Click View/Submit Time Sheets. Select the week you want to submit, then click View Time Sheet to review. You can also request comp time and save your changes.
